The renowned Triton Super High Roller Series is set to return with it’s first stop of 2025 in Jeju, South Korea. The series saw a return to this location last year with major success breaking record after record. Known for the elite competition and staggering stakes, the series spans from February 26 to March 15 at the Landing Casino located in the luxurious Shinwa World.
Jeju Island is a paradise of natural beauty, where lush green landscapes meet dramatic volcanic formations and crystal-clear waters. With its vibrant flower fields, tranquil lava tubes, and unique coastal views, Jeju’s serene beauty offers an unforgettable escape into nature with the added thrill of the most prestigious poker series.
Three additional events have been added to this year’s stop, bringing the total number of events to twenty for the series. Buy-ins range from $15,000 to $150,000, catering to the world’s best, and tournaments will be a mix of No-Limit Hold’em, Pot-Limit Omaha, and Short Deck. The series features both a NLH and PLO Main Event in Event #11: $100K NLH Main Event and Event #16: $100K PLO Main Event. Winners of both of these events will receive a special edition Triton Poker Series x Jacob & Co Timepiece, alongside the coveted Triton Poker Series Main Event Trophy.

WPT Global is a sponsor of the series hosting an event of their own. This is the second installment of the $25,000 buy-in WPT Global Slam. The previous iteration was held in Monte-Carlo, where Brian Kim topped the 170-player field to become the champion. For his effort, Kim took home the lion’s share prize of $941,000.
Triton has established itself as the highest echelon of high stakes poker, as 2024 was nothing short of a legendary year. Alejandro Lococo claimed the biggest prize of the year in the Triton Millions in the Bahamas, taking home $12,000,000. Some of the game’s greatest took home their first Triton trophy such as Chris Moneymaker, Nick Petrangelo, and Adrian Mateos. As well, online poker players such as Wiktor “Limitless” Malinowski found success besting Mateos heads-up to take home the Triton Montenegro title.
