2024 API Trophies Awarded
After an action-packed year of poker, 2024 has concluded and the API trophies were handed out in person. Haven Taylor is the consecutive three-time ladies champion. Julius Roque took home the seniors title and Mike Malm was the player of the year. Malm is already making his case for 2025 with a WSOPC ring and deep runs in the PPT series.
Day 2 of the Main is Set
After a long day, the 214-player field was cut down to just 27. DJ Sharma bagged both days of the main carrying his largest stack forward. Chris Symenko bagged the biggest stack of Day 2 with 590,500. David Ko still remains the big stack heading into Day 2 with 753,500. Day 2 is set to play to a winner although depending on the timing a Day 3 may be added for a short handed final table.
