After her recent win in the PGT Kickoff Series $10,000 event, Kristen continues to dominate poker tables with another win in PokerGo Cup #7 – a $15,100 No-Limit Hold’em event, where she won $348,300. Event #7 managed to attract 86 entries, creating a prize pool of $1,290,000 with 13 players in the money.
Kristen beat Patrick Leonard in the heads-up battle to come on top with the trophy, and Patrick had to be satisfied with second place and $225,750.
Kristen Foxen also moved another step closer to Vanessa Selbst, who is ranked #1 on Women’s All-Time Money List with $11,906,247 in total live earnings. Foxen is currently at $9,415,434 in total live earnings, but since Selbst hasn’t recorded a live score since 2020, it’s looking optimistic for Foxen to get to the throne at some point.

The Final Table
Coming into the final table, Eric Wasserson was the short stack, and he didn’t manage to double up. He was eliminated by Farid Jattin in seventh place for $51,600. With this elimination, Jattin took over the chip lead.

David Peters was experiencing some ups and downs in his stack size, but he found a spot where he was ahead, holding ace-queen against Foxen’s ace-four. The flop gave the lead to Foxen as she hit the four, and another four on the river was the game over for Peters, who was eliminated in sixth place for $64,500.

Foxen was the one to blame for another elimination after she found ace-queen and got the money in against Sergio Aido, who was holding ace-four but didn’t have Foxen’s luck to find trips of fours and was eliminated in fifth place for $90,300.

Erik Seidel was the next one to walk away from the final table. His pocket queens didn’t survive the board’s runout against Jattin, who had ace-jack. The ace came on the flop, and Seidel’s slim chances didn’t improve on the turn or the river. Seidel was eliminated in fourth place for $116,100.

After losing a few pots, Foxen was back on her usual duty of eliminating players as she put all the money in against Jattin, who had his last chips. Foxen was holding an ace-queen and was ahead of Jattin’s king-queen. The board gave Jattin the broadway draw, but he didn’t manage to hit, and he was out in third place for $161,250.

The Heads-Up
Entering the heads-up battle, Foxen was the chip leader, but Leonard managed to reduce the gap and was in a position to get the stack sizes even closer. Leonard found ace-nine and was all-in against Foxen’s king-jack, but the river was the dealbreaker for him as it was the jack giving Foxen another win and another trophy.
Leonard was eliminated in second place for $225,750.
