The Irish Open Will Finally Return This April

After a two-year hiatus due to the pandemic, the Irish Poker Open returns live in April for the Easter weekend in huge style.

Irish Open in DublinĀ had to cancel their prestigious series in both 2020 and 2021 due to lockdowns in Ireland. It was up toĀ partypokerĀ to step up an host both series on their online felts. In April 2021 Pavel Veksler from Ukraine took down the ā‚¬1,100 main event for ā‚¬265,999 withĀ Stoyan ObreshkovĀ taking home ā‚¬224,769 after their two-way made deal.

 

The Irish Open Will Finally Return This April

But as we all know, there is no such feeling as experiencing the game on the live tables and since the COVID-19 protocols are finally calming down, we invite you to take a trip to Dublin, Ireland this April. TheĀ CityWest Hotel in Dublin will host the series once again in April 11 and 18 and there you will be able to find 42 tournaments including 14 Championship Events. The cherry on the cake will be €1,150 Main Event that starts on April 13.

Irish Poker Open is know as being the biggest poker festival in Ireland and one of the biggest in whole Europe. 2019 was the last time the event was played live when 1,807 players created a first prize of ā‚¬300,000.

Covid-19 Green Passes and face masks are mandatory for all players and maybe even those protocols might soften until the start of the series.
