Saturday’s penultimate day of the 2025 OlyBet Showdown Vilnius Ace Breaker witnessed two trophy winners as well as Day 2 of the OlyBet Showdown Vilnius Ace Breaker €555 Main Event playing down to 13 hopefuls from its original field of 296 entries at Olympic Casino Lietuva.
OlyBet’s drive for inclusion has witnessed some returns as the €80 Queens event broke Lithuanian records with 42 female entries gathering to create a €2,793 prize pool to beat the previous record of 36 entries during the 2024 Kings of Vilnius in the autumn. Renata Simonavičienė earned her second victory in a Ladies Event in Vilnius as she cruised along to win the trophy and the €1,003 top prize. Two years ago, Renata Simonavičienė also defeated a much smaller field of 10 entries to win the €60 Ladies Special at the OlyBet Showdown Vilnius for €235.
Poker veteran Aleksandras Rusinovas also earned a piece of hardware yesterday after shipping the €250 PLO5 Progressive Knockout for €1,070 plus bounties. The event attracted a field of 30 entries to create a €6,270 prize pool including €3,000 reserved for progressive bounties.
While Simonavičienė were busy earning trophies, Lukas Kviecinskas was busy having the day of his life as a live tournament player and leads the final 13 players in the three-day €555 Main Event.

Three Chip Millionaires to Start the Final Day in Main Event
The Main Event was full of action on Day 2 with late registration remaining open for the first two blind levels of the day. The field blossomed to 296 entries to create a huge €140,600 prize pool.
The action went deep into the money after Lithuania’s Vasilijus Piskunovas lost a flip with his jack-ten against the tens held by Finland’s Rasmus Sihvonen to hit the rail short of the money in 35th place. The remaining 34 players joyfully celebrated that they were in the money for at least a €1,190 min-cash for more than double the €555 buy-in.
Lithuania’s Lukas Kviecinskas came into the event with under $10,000 on his The Hendon Mob profile and now has all eyes on him as he bagged the overnight chip lead of the final 13 players with 1,130,000 in chips. Latvia’s Raivis Pucurs (1,100,000) and Lithuania’s Nerius Rutkauskas (1,035,000) will also start the final day action as chip millionaires with Vygerdas Jonikas (960,000) and Rasmus Sihvonen (935,000) rounding out the top five players.
Last, but not least, the two-day €350 OlyBoost Special attracted 49 entries to create a €14,663 prize pool with Mindaugas Murauskas starting the action when it resumes for its final day on Sunday at Noon with 276,000 in chips.
The dedicated Ace Breaker cocktail, only rolled out for this festival, will continue to be awarded to those that crack aces in the Main Event to go along with the theme of the event.
Our team at poker.pro will be live reporting the action from the opening bell until a winner is crowned. Follow along the action at our dedicated blog to see who will win the 2025 OlyBet Vilnius Showdown €555 Main Event on Sunday evening.
