Chipleader Zdenek Zizka raised to 24,000 from the hijack with 8♥7♦. Kestutis Jungevicius called in the small blind with 10♦9♦, and Renan Bruschi did so in the big blind with 4♠4♣.
The blinds checked the J♠Q♠2♠ flop to Zizka, who fired the minimum bet of 12,000. Jungevicius stuck in a call with his straight draw while Bruschi got rid of the best hand.
The 9♥ turn saw Zizka size up to 48,000. Jungevicius was not going anywhere and quickly tossed in another call. The 5♠ river brought a fourth spade on the board, leading to another check from Jungevicius.
Zizka, however, did not relent and fired 59,000. Jungevicius quickly folded the better hand as Zizka increased his lead over the rest of the field.
