Pieter Kobben came into Day 2 with the chip lead and he made it as far as the final table, but he was the first one off once they got ten-handed. In the big confrontation, he doubled up Josh Myers when he shoved into Myers aces’ with eights and couldn’t get there.

That left him short and the rest went in the following hand with king-ten for Kobben against ace-six suited for Tyler Panas. Panas turned an ace for insurance and sent the start-of-day leader to the rail in 10th place.
