I likely won’t have eyes on the prizes tonight since they won’t be able to even start doing the final prize pool until they know how many players bag up tonight. That means no one will likely know the prizes until sometime Sunday morning, but they’ll be on the board when Day 2 players return to the Sundance room at noon Sunday.
Based on previous editions of the Main Event, however, it looks like a lock that the top prize for the Main this time around will be more than $300k. Based on the percentage from Jan 2024, 1st place would by just over $310k — that number may vary slightly when the final prizes come out on Sunday, but it looks certain to be over $300k.
