It was Jacob Parent’s biggest-ever score by more than 4x with the chop. He came very close to taking down the ring as well, but Antoine Saddleback’s aggression was too much for him in the end.
The final hand saw Parent in good with ace-six against jack-eight for Saddleback but there was an eight on the flop and that was enough for Saddleback to take it down and send Parent out in 2nd place.
