They are down to 7 quickly now after Gerry Edwards and Marcio Kondo went out in eerily similar ways. Edwards was first out the door in 9th when he got his short stack in with aces and Dom French called with kings. A king on the flop sealed the deal for French, and Edwards was first off the final table thanks to cracked aces.

A couple of hands later, it was Marcio Kondo’s turn. Once again, he was in with aces, and called by kings. Once again, the king came on board to crack the aces and send Kondo out.
