The first flight for this event was a bit underwhelming with just 38 entries on the board for $21,660 in prizes so far. 5 players bagged chips at the end of the night with Rob Limpert the big leader from the opening flight. Full stacks for Day 1a can be found under the Day 1a tab.
The second flight to Event #3 goes on Saturday at 1 PM and is a redo of Day 1a. Day 1 plays 30-minute levels with 25,000 in chips to start. Players will have eight levels of play to enter the game, which should be the final chance to enter at about 6 PM when the players return from the dinner break following Level 8.
After that, it will be a race down to 12.5% of the starting field before they bag up the qualifying stacks for Sunday’s Day 2. Day 1a finished with about 9 minutes remaining in Level 15, so that’s the latest Day 2 will begin regardless of where 1b ends, though Day 2 may start earlier if 1b plays faster than 1a even though that seems unlikely.
I should be focused on this until they bag, after which I’ll move to Event #5 if it’s still going.
