It’s been a long and fun week for poker players in the Lithuanian capital of Vilnius. But on the ninth and final day, the final 13 players get set to battle it out for OlyBet glory in the 2025 OlyBet Showdown Vilnius Ace Breaker €555 Main Event and the €28,760 top prize with already €2,420 locked up on Day 2.
Lukas Kviecinskas will lead the way to kick things off with 1,130,000- and comes into the event with under $10,000 in cashes at The Hendon Mob. A deep run today will more than double his earnings but time will tell whether his starting advantage will parlay into a trophy.
Kviecinskas’s lead is far from secure as he is just 30,000 chips ahead with blinds starting at 10,000/20,000 with a 20,000 big blind ante of Latvia’s Raivis Pucurs with 1,100,000. Nerius Rutkauskas was also a chip millionaire to end Day 2 with 1,035,000 with Vygerdas Jonikas (960,000) and Finland’s Rasmus Sihvonen (935,000) rounding out the top five.
Meanwhile, Vilius Zabarauskas, is on the end end of the scale with one of the shortest stacks with 285,000. Zabarauskas shined during the first two days after winning trophies at the OlyBet Showdown Vilnius Ace Breaker in back-to-back days to start the festival.
